First conversation with recruiter

First, speak with a recruiter who will guide you through the hiring process. They’ll ask you about your experience and why you’re interested in a role at SeekOut. This is also a good time to ask questions about the role or team.

Chat directly with the hiring manager

Speak with the hiring manager about the details of the role—your day-to-day responsibilities and expectations. Be prepared to speak about how your unique experience aligns with these responsibilities.

Meet with leaders and potential teammates

Get to know your potential leaders and colleagues and learn more about SeekOut’s culture and working styles. Come with specific examples of your past work or projects.
