How Spot works
As the client, your role is to collaborate with your SeekOut recruiter during the kickoff meeting to define a hiring rubric and later review curated candidates. Your recruiter, leveraging various AI agents, then manages everything until they have candidates to present, taking a sourcing and outreach process that can normally take 30 to 45 days down to three.
Here’s an overview of the process:
Your hiring manager joins a 30-minute intake meeting with a SeekOut recruiter. Align with your recruiter on role requirements, key criteria, and market insights.
We create a WGLL (What Good Looks Like) Rubric and scorecard. Based on learnings from the intake meeting, your recruiter leverages Spot’s AI agents to create a rubric informed by WGLL for the role. This rubric is used to evaluate thousands of candidates.
We calibrate the rubric with you. You'll give us feedback if refinements are needed.

We launch candidate outreach. Once you've signed off on the rubric, Spot agents will conduct the outreach, sending highly personalized initial messages to candidates who are most likely to engage.
Optional screening. We screen interested candidates and can record the interview, ensuring their accomplishments match their resumes.
We present top candidates to you. Your recruiter will narrow down thousands of candidates to the best few and share them with you in a sleek presentation. You’ll see alignment between each candidate’s work experience and why they match your criteria. If screenings occurred, you have the option to view the recording, transcript, and key takeaways in this presentation.
