Bias reducer — Company name 

When a user shares a project from SeekOut, they have the opportunity to redact several fields in our Bias Reducer tool. We have added the ability to exclude "Company Name" when sharing. Hiring managers and others accessing the shared project will have the opportunity to focus on a candidate's experience without introducing bias for or against companies for which a candidate may work or has worked.
