How cross-channel search works 

A cross-channel search delivers the most qualified candidates straight to you in the same location. You can search, filter, and reach out to talent in the same workflow, all while casting the widest net possible without added effort.  

1. Start with a single search  

Enter your search in SeekOut Assist by entering relevant search terms for the role. You can describe your candidate in simple language with words and phrases that a colleague or hiring manager would use to explain the role requirements to you. Alternatively, you can manually write out a Boolean string to get started.

2. Click across talent pools  

You'll see the number of relevant matches to your search across each talent pool at the top of your screen, including Public Profiles, Your ATS, Alumni, Internal Talent, and more. Apply different filters across each pool, and they won’t reset when you hop from one to the next.

Meet priority metrics: Why searching every talent pool is critical 

Your team is likely tasked with meeting different metrics for each hire. Maybe you need to find a replacement within a week, so speed is important. Or you might need to hire an expert in a niche field, making quality of hire the priority. Other times, staying light on spend is non-negotiable. Cross-channel search makes it simple to optimize for any metric all while knowing you’ve exhausted every possibility to find the right fit for the role. 

Public profiles. Easily source hard-to-find, specialty talent from the Public Profiles tab. Search from nearly 800 million profiles that are created from aggregated information across multiple public data sources and SeekOut’s machine learning technology that infers unreported skills and proficiencies. 

Your ATS. Your ATS is brimming with warm leads and recent inbound prospects—and it’s a smart first stop when you need to interview candidates right away. This talent pool is already familiar with your company so there's no need to spend extra time with vetting and introductions. By connecting your ATS, SeekOut ensures that candidate profiles are up to date with the latest contact information and work history, leaving you with the most qualified and relevant candidates to choose from.  

Alumni. Your former employees may come back to your organization if the right opportunity presents itself. Alumni in good standing have already built relationships with your employees, understand your product or service intimately, and have shown they jive with company culture.
